I need to know who's still in the game and where their characters are located

I'm still game for this RP(I've had a few ideas here and there). Sylvia's over in the woods or on a hill somewhere.

Character Name: Izabelle (Izze - [Pronounced Izzie] ) Faustian
Age: 12-13
Profession: Pokemon Coordinator / Part-time Trainer
Looks: Izze is a young girl with dark brunette-almost black- hair that's medium length, falling in loose, wavy curls to the middle of her upper back. She has vibrant yellow-green eyes that seems to carry the feel of a cat's- sophisticated, yet sly and cunningly impish. She wears a long plum purple frock coat, a forest green vest with black lining and a black back, a white button-up shirt, brown shorts, long black stockings, brown high heel boots with purple laces, and a dark grey-black ribbon tied around his neck. Over her shorts, if she's in a city or town- not in the wild- she'll wear a short, fluttery sepia-colored skirt and a charcoal-hues bows to tie back a few small braids that lay over the top of the rest of her hair- down, or course. Occasionally, she wears a dark boa made up of the plumage of Unfeazant and Murkrow, or the fluffy fur of a Bouffalant and Winter Sawsbuck, with dark, leather gloves to match the color.

As a secondary outfit for things such as contests or classy events, Izze wears an outfit similar to Liddie's fancy attire. Along with her thin, black lace gloves and her large charcoal-black bow tied to the top of her head, to the left side, she wears a dark sepia-colored dress with ruffled dark charcoal-grey lace trim and silk black ribbon tied firmly around her waistline, pulled into a bow in the back, as well as a small black ribbon tied in a bow at the neck of her dress from where it was crisscrossed up from the base of the thin, nearly see-through, coffee-colored lace corset on the front of her chest, covering over the torso of the brown, velvetine gown. Upon her neck, she wearing a coffee-colored lace choker with a black silk ribbon woven through the middle to keep it tight, a large, shimmering Black Tourmaline cut into the shape of a oval upon the front of the choker, adjorn with a small, black bow tied to the bottom of the gemstone, giving of a dark and elegant taste. She also wears slightly larger cuts of the black jewel as earrings, and long charcoal stockings with lace trim. Worn over the stockings upon her feet are jet black boots that reach about a inch beneath her knees, glowing with a reflective sheen.

Personality: Izze seems to have an overall cheerful disposition, in spite of all her hardships and misgivings. However, her emotions are quite unpredictable, fluctuating from enthusiastic and hyperactive to angry the next, and she loses interest in things fairly quickly. Izze often uses harsh and impolite language, such as swear words and tasteless insults, regardless of whom she is speaking to. One of her few consistent traits is her attachment and dependence to her butler, Claude, whose attention Izzie is frequently trying to attract. Her horrific childhood, which contained no parental figures, is the likely cause of the young girl's extreme need for affection and acknowledgment from her butler. Izze enjoys the authority of a noble she has obtained, being filthy rich and all, and utilizes her power rather sadistically. In order to feel dominant, she abuses others and makes them feel uncomfortable and inferior for the sake of her own satisfaction. However, Izze particularly directs her hate to Lidia Phantis, her publicity rival. She often lashes out physically with a leather glove, and demeans her with vile remarks when she believes that the younger girl is trying to take someone else's attention away from her.

History: Izze Faustian was born in a small village town without a name- or, it had a name, but it was forgotten long ago when it burned down and she was the only to survive, wandering Kanto all alone in a grubby state. Unlike Liddie, she was born with no wealth, nobility, or parents. Eventually, however, the young girl was taken in by a rich family who own most of Goldenrod City in Johto- the Faustians- during a summer trip to Celadon City. Having no children of their own to continue their name, and the Missus Faustian not wanting to ruin her 'perfect body', they made Izze their daughter, giving her the name Izabelle (her name before had been Liza), and took the girl of 4 away with them.

The Faustians were close business allies with the Phantis' and the families often visited with one another. Izze was great friends with the two-year younger blonde beauty, Liddie, and often tried to teach the little girl to be like her. However, after Liddie's father had passed away and Izze grew older- more mature- she often overheard the chats between the widowed Phantis and her parents, talking about how Liddie would be gaining all her father's lost wealth and this made Izze very jealous. It was then that the older girl decided that she would hate Liddie for taking all the attention from her, being younger, cuter, and having blonde hair. However, what set Izze off the most.....was how Liddie's personal butler, Sebastian, would only pay attention to her.

It wasn't long before Izze's parents, too, had fallen ill from a deadly disease they had recieved on a tropical trip they had forced Izze to stay home for. They didn't make it back to their home country, and Izze was left all alone. Until she met a young, dark man who had been transferred to her home from one of her parents' other friends- ones that took business in training butlers and maids. Izze was instantly enthralled by this ominous Claude, and with him by her side, she took all authority of the Faustian name and its bidding.

Becoming bored with her power in her large, empty manor, Izze had read a news story about the rival she hadn't seen since her parents' funeral, and how the young girl had gone to the new, paradise region of Unova. So, of course, to keep her title, Izze and Claude just had to go too...
