Those were AWESOME GH!! Now I'm tempted to write rhyming poems for kits- though most of mine would probably be more fear-related.

Yeah, I can see that. Most of mine would probably be fear/death related, too.

where there is plentiful prey,
when rivers run full of fish,
but deep in the earth
comes the birth
of a dark and harmful wish.
A hero will stand
lost, on his own
To save a home that he has never known.
No cat will tell,
No cat can see.

"Weeeell, So, some old fire's gonna set the forest on fire. Might want to look into a river for- sorry, one sec.
Ah, something about... ice... being... happy? Under a dead fire. Okay, that's lingo, most likely. So, the forest catches fire, the fire dies, and we're happy?
Oh, then someone we like gets all crazy up in here.
... I think they were describin' the crazy 'un, but I dunno. Should go back and have another chat with her.
Well, after that, 'parently some green hills start talking to us. Weird, right?
Then we have to spill some blood. I'm always down fer a good blood spillin'.
So, someone killed a lot of cats. Yay.

Anyone got a mouse? I could go for a mo- hey, turn that camera off. I'm done with the prophecy."

I will now alter the introduction to my anti-clan RP in hopes to impress you.

In a land far away
where rough kitties play,
a crystal shines through the night

Joined by Frost's shimmer
the light grows never dimmer,
only growing in might

When stars turned their backs,
the cats made long tracks,
until again there was the dark flash of light.

Just mentioning Frostclan's link with Flashclan. It's kind of terrible, but whatever.

Anyways, here's my failed attempt at a nursery rhyme for the kits- Its Blackkit's favorite and he often tells it to Bluekit to scare her:

Crimson does the river flow
if the Band comes around.
Tuck your paws and bare your claws
if sickening screeches sound.
Beware of the hunt, for
if you see a grunt,
dash away with a bound.
Fear the fight,
for with their might,
they attack like a hound.
If they chase,
you must race-
Glide across the ground.
Hide away, and begin to pray,
hope to not be found.

I think every writer underestimates their own work, because that was pretty awesome.

Anyways...anyone wanna collab with me to make this into some sort of prophecy?-

Blackness will gobble up the good in a blind attempt to protect the weak and the stones of truth that once tumbled and rattled will rain down to ravage the Frost with the sinful trio that they harbor, burdens bless with life by the pair whose destiny only ends in doom.

I'll try something.

Good intentions turned to dark;
inky blackness blinded
Stones of truth that once lay dormant
Ravage frosty land
With sinful trio of the damned
Blessed with life the burdened pair
whose destiny only ends with doom.

That's what I could scrounge out of it ^^

I wrote a nursery rhyme used during the big 'ol war with Flameclan that killed all those she-cats. Woot.

River of Flame, claiming the dead
River of Flame, filling with dread
River of Flame, with frost thou art Fed

River of Flame, claws cloaked with blood
River of Flame, pelts streaked with mud
River of Flame, bodies' soft thud

River of Flame, you streak through the land
River of Flame, burning all that you can
River of Flame, strong now I stand

River of Flame, your mind I have read
River of Flame, to you I was led
River of Flame, coat my claws with your crimson shed

I remember that was your shiny Combuskin's description.

Aw, you looked at him? I wrote it for him, but it was truly about Frostclan-Crimson represents the rareness of such a shed of blood between the Clans, such as to change Frostclan's way of life forevermore.

Prophecy I just wrote for Boneclan on PF...

Brittle bone will bend, crack, and burn
And all sane heads of the clan will turn.
The blind will see and the deaf shall hear
When the waking darkness draws near.

Birthing blights will arise,
Skies shall shatter, full of cries
And the dark king who all despised
Song was truly not of lies.

Thus those in white with purest souls
Will act for the burning flame as coals,
Setting ablaze the clan from within,
Only to satisfy their own black sin.

The fallen star’s become otiose to the inflorescence
Its once bright light and enamoring power becoming evanescence.
Twin tenebrous shadows astringe the peace
And an echoing scream’s reign shan’t cease.
Purrs now growl.
Smiles soon scowl.
And through the bones and bloody bites
Skies’ pealing whines quash the nights.

Though pain now rules over its plunder
Virtuous souls shall strike like thunder.
To claim back the clan they’ve lost
But chagrin in spirit, aware of its hefty cost…
