In a Relationship With: *stares at the ground glumly*
I started writing poetry. Not poetry like Thornheart's vulgar dsigrace to the fine art, but real poetry. This is my first piece:
I looked into her eyes, and my heart melted
From the fiery forges, our love was smelted
She speaks to me, voice as soft as a mourning dove
I can't help it, my eyes fill with love
She talks about her battling moves, how they're like an art
But I can't hear her over to pounding of my heart
I would fight Lionclan, Tigerclan, and Leapordclan
To gain her love, then do it again
I would trudge through miles of leaf-bare snow
Just for who she lovees to know
The one I love, my love so sweet
I know her well, bit I'm afriad we'll never truly meet------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I think poetry is a fine art wich is not meant for violence or threatening. It is meant to express feelings of love, longing, sadness, or even happiness. But not violence.

Actually it could mean anything the writer feels. Love, pain, sadness, despair, happiness, mutual, and way more.
Even violence!! Even the surroundings can change depending on what the writer feels. A bright, sunny day in a garden with flowers abloom, can turn into a dark trail of despair and longing. It all depends on the mood

The leaves of trees the cold has sheared
Coldness crunches under my feet
I frantically look for something to eat
I lay at home, cold and skinny
I ponder when the coldness will start thinning
As I lay, close to death
I hear the faint whisper of breath
She sits beside, and warmness fills my veins
I feel ready to take on the snowy plains
She speaks to me, her voice is hushed
Her words are short and rushed
I nod, and leave my cozy den
I pad into the woods and then…
It dawns upon me, and a smile
For this I have waited a long while

I bring back scrawny mice to eat
She smiles at me, and I purr

Never would it be too much, the cost

I stare at her when nobody else is looking. But nobody knows who is the she-cat I love so tenderly and dearly....
