The mysterious light

The cold wind slapped painfully against the left side of my body, as I crawled through the murky goop of water. My head throbbed and my legs felt like molten lead. Hunger spiraled through my stomach like a ribbon of sparks, as I was leaded closer and closer to my death. What was leading me, you ask? A small light that seemed so innocent, but had inside it was a torrent of dark man-eating, rotting core. I creeped through the murk on my hands and knees, not knowing what else there was to do, other then meet my fate....
