Hybrid (A Pokemon RP)

"Back off." Muire growled at soul, taking a step towards him threateningly.

"I didn't do anything. Just pointing out facts," Soul barked simply. He sat down with his head held up proudly as he glared at Muire.

Zuri twitched, glancing up at Muire before retorting,"Actually, no, you're not. I am of Houndour blood, not Houndoom." The small Houndeon backed up to nuzzle Muire.

Meri finished her mouthful of Lum berries before mewing,"Who are you, Soul? I mean, why do you travel without a pack like other Houndooms or Absols?" Her two toned colored eyes glowed with curiosity and her curly, fluff tipped tail flicked her sister's ear, making her look up with her cream muzzle stained blue.

"He's probably lonely. And for a good reason, too. He's gonna stay that way if he keeps being an asshole." Muire growled, just loud enough for Soul to hear.

"Houndoom is the evolution of Houndour," Soul pointed out to Zuri. "And I prefer to be alone. And I still would be if you would stop damn following me," Soul growled at Muire.

"Pft, it's your fault that I'm here in the first place." She snarled in reply.

"It's not my fault that you decided to follow me.And if I'm such an asshole, why don't you just leave?" Soul retorted, his voice devoid of any emotion.

(I hate RPing charries like this....yet I love too!)

Both Kari and Meri's ears pinned back, trying to block the cursed words from their minds while Zuri only glared at Soul before his gaze brightened, catching the scent of someone new. Someone who smelled sweetly of exotic berries.

Soul caught the scent too, and turned around slowly. He couldn't see anything, but that didn't mean that nothing was there. The scent smelled of berries, Meinshoi, and...metang? He wasn't exactly sure.

(I'm pretty sure I spelled Meinshoi wrong XD)

Gruffly pawing at the barren, dry ground, a large hoof dug through the hard clay to reveal a small sprig of grass. Lowering its large head, it sniffed the dying vegetation and with a satisfied snicker, it swung its enormous pale orange tail, beckoning. A few moments later, the slight wispy sound of wings neared closer, followed by the soft patter of trampling, clumsy hooves.
"Zaphire, eat this."
A small blue muzzle bent down to the small spring of grass before snatching it up from the ground, chewing it up hungrily, roots and all.
The large pale orange creature looked up at the horizon, where a blaze of fiery orange raced toward them

A long jet of fire burst through the air as the loud rumble of a thundering stampede rages through the dry desert, the largest of the three orange beast roared out, waves of heat flooding off of him that scorched the ground. The smallest whimpered, but stood still, not fleeing from the burning ground.
"There is nothing left here now! The Askian Plateau can no longer support us!"
"But if we leave, where will we go? Our ancestors have roamed these lands their whole existences!"
"If we stay, the Frei family will surely died and our land will be lost to the Hzo and Cio families."
"Then we all must leave....Find a new home in the forest."

The last to arrive was the Cio family, their long, lithe legs trotting at a slower pace as they cared not how long the others waited, their long luxurious emerald-green manes flowing with the wind. The tallest and most beautiful guided her two offspring through the spiny cacti that plagued their home as the only vegetation. Finally, it was the night of the Red Halfmoon, the one time each season that the three families met up for a meeting. And tonight was the night that the final debate will be ended. Will they leave their home for the forest?
