Hybrid (A Pokemon RP)

"Good point," Soul said, and started padding back to his little clearing. At least the tall grass there hadn't been scorched.

Muire followed, lying down many yards away from Soul.

Soul stretched out in the pale light of the gently setting sun.

( ... Timeskip or are we gonna make something attack them or something? XD )

And.....yes. I think I'll take advantage of the pidgey Soul ate.)

In the dead of night, while Soul and Muire slept, a Pidgeot let out a mournful cry. It's child had been recently killed by an absol hybrid as it played in the field. The vengeful Pokemon swooped down, cawing loudly, and grabbed Soul. With all its might it hefted him up into the air. At the moment talons touched his black fur, Soul's eyes snapped open and he was stunned for a moment.

Muire's eyes flew open and saw Soul being lifted into the air. She had seen the Pokemon and wasn't thrown into a fit of rage because she didn't know if it was a hybrid or not, but based on the flying she guessed it was a Flying type and snarled, throwing a Shock Wave at it.

Zombelle hovered over a cloud, blending well with puffy white wings and fur. His gaze, despiting being a burning red color, was icy cold. His forest was gone......and only one who could revive it was from a myth.

Celebi.

But Zombelle knew it was only a faity tale. There can't be a time traveling pokemon....right?

Sabora blinked eyes, pitiful slits of milky pink. Her majestic colored fur was caked with dry blood and her muscles were too weak and exhausted for to even lift her head. So she laid there, staring at what had once been her home that now laid in ash and rubble, veiled in smoke.

The pidgeot cawed painfully as the shock wave hit it, the electricty pulsing its body instensly. Its grip on Soul loosened a bit. "DAMMIT MUIRE DO YOU WANT ME TO FALL TO MY DEATH?!" Soul yelled.

(I think I should make Celebi come.....nah.....yes.....mabye.)

"WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?!?" Muire yelled back. "JUST TRUST ME!" She let out another Shock Wave towards the Pidgeot.

Sabora's mouth parted, dry blood making a crunching sound as it broke, drawing fresh blood. "Hen.....Hen...ry...........wa......ter....." She had managed to roll her head over and face her hallow, her black pupils so large that they seemed to take up her whole irises.

Zombelle grabbed a small Pecha berry from the ashy ground. It was all black and charred, only distinguishable by its faintly sweet scent, which was almost completely over come by the smell of smoke. It was shriveled and part of it crumbled in his white and red paw, staining it black with its burned skin. "Why.......?" he muttered softly, barely louder than a whisper.

Soul grumbled to himself, and the bird started loosening its grip on him. As it was hit by the next shock wave, it was knocked out completely, dropping Soul and plummeted to the ground. "OH HOLY MEW!!!!" Soul yelled as the ground rushed toward him.

Candy saw Zombelle, exploring his charred home. She slowly padded up to him. "Zombelle?" She said softly, looking up at him with sorrow in her own eyes.

Muire lunged forward, dashing towards where Soul was falling. She jumped and he smashed down on top of her, taking both to the ground.

Henry flopped into the hollow and smacked his tail around, catapulting everything containing water towards Sabora, splashing it all over her.

Sabora shuttered, her fur standing in sharp spines as she pushed herself off the ground. "Th-thanks."

Zombelle growled at Candy, his red eyes blank and brimmed with bitter tears. "What do you want? You're a pretty little pure breed who could run away to some humans and live in a lovely home. You can choose to leave or stay. This fire did nothing to you.....But for me, this was my whole life. A life I could only ever hope to keep. What do you want?"

(HAPPY FUCKING NEW YEARS!!!)

Candy looked sadly at the ground. "Z-Zombelle....even though I act like I like every male, I really only love you. But if you don't want me around...." She trailed off and padded away slowly, shimmering tears dripping from her eyes.

(Happy Newyears! *Waits to be accepted* XD)

Zombelle stared silently at Candy for a moment, hie red eyes glowing as her pondered over what to say to the Purrloin. ".......I'm sorry, Candy. I truly am, but I just can't trust you.....Not anymore."

Candy turned to look at Zombelle. "If that's your choice, then I won't do anything to change it," She choked through tears, and ran off. She curled up next to a rock and sobbed.

Zombelle sighed for a moment and yowled out,"You may stay with me if you want and maybe I'll regain your trust......Maybe." He fluttered his light, yet powerful wings, splayed against the drab sky like twin clouds in a void of darkness.

A small group of young hybrids tumbled into the charred forest, their tiny paws dirty with ash, bright eyed and nervous. Their different tails swished against the ground, a cloud of charred grass starting up and drifting off on the deadened breeze.

"Wher-where....are we?" mewed one.

"Errrr...How....How should I know?" growled another.

"So...we're lost? Oh no no no no no no no....." whimpered the last.

Candy scampered back to the hybrid. "Th-thank you," She whispered quietly.

Zombelle picked her up and held her in his embrace, gazing troubled off into the distance, unsure what to think of what was happening.

The little creatures scampered forward, blinded by the darkness of the shadowy, charred forest. They were used to the bright sunlight of the open valley, but now, they seemed to be shrouded in darkness. As they continued forward, they could barely make out the scents of Absol, Blitzle, and maybe...Pidgeot? Being the only scents of pokemon they found in days, they charged full speed toward the smells, tripping multiple times on brambles and roots.

(... I'd RP but I sorta need Soul, so... )

Soul wriggled out from under Muire, shaking dust off his pelt.

Candy wrapped her arms around Zombelle happily. "No matter what you think, I still love you," She murmered.

(Mew, type out Zombelle and Candy's history. I want it to be good XD)
