Frostclan: Stay Out of the Shadows -OFFICIAL-

Lasair's eyes shone bright red for a moment as he brought his paw up to strike again, claws glinting dangerously.

Jewelpaw backed up until she bumped into a tree. She felt stiff and slammed her eyelids shut. "La-Lasair! Why are you doing this?!" Tears streamed from her eyes and her body was crunched up awkwardly against the tree.

"Lasair is gone." Lasair's voice wasn't his... it was Bane's. The evil ominous Bane voice, not Swiftpath's voice.

A streak of black smacked into Lasair and brought him down, away from Jewelpaw. It was Smolderstar. How he had snuck past Spiritsong and made it into the woods was beyond him. Heck, he didn't even know how he knew she was in trouble. It wasn't good on his wounds, though, and he was bleeding in several places.

The two fought, blood sprayed everywhere, but Smolderstar crushed Lasair entirely with his weight, killing him.

Smolderstar swayed and collapsed again.

( Now Aigean IS gonna commit suicide. )

Jewelpaw squealed in surprise, fear, and worriful sorrow. "Smolderstar!" She ran to his side and tried to lift him. Don't go losing another life now! She quickly licked up of some of the blood dripping from him, and tried carrying him back to camp. Sadly, she wasn't one of the strongest cats in the clan and she could barely make to the little tree camp where she had often played with Smolderstar when they were little. Pulling him into the den where he had slept before, she set him there and quickly added some fresh moss to his nest, trying to make him as comfortable as possible. After a while, she sat there, watching his closly from where she sat at the small den's entrance.

Spiritsong's dull eyes flicked to Pumpkin. "Thought you were the better medicine cat," she chuckled weakly. She turned and went into her den. Now where'd Smolderstar get off to? I just can't get him to listetn, even while he's still in danger of dying... For good. She emerged again with several herbs. Without another glance at Pumpkin, she gently started applying some of them. "Pumpkin, do you know where Smolderstar went off to? He somehow slipped away." Her voice was quiet and had a layer of pain underneath her words. She still couldn't believe Swiftpath was Bane.

Ivypaw sat there, trying to figure things out. This clan.....it's strange. Are all the clans like this? Not likey. It's dangorus......Should we leave or stay? It's not safe here. I need to go for a walk. She bounded into the forest and disapered into the trees.

Shinepaw glanced up out of her shock to see Honeykit walk away to Spiritsong. "Ummm....Spiritsong, I might have saw something. Lasair took Jewelpaw out into the forest to chat. Maybe Smolderstar followed them? I didn't see him leave, but I'm guessing if Jewelpaw's out there, he'd probably follow her, wounded or not." He flicked his brown-tipped gold tabby tail, its faint dark gold stripes glowing on his solid gold pelt.

Thornpaw turned onto his side laughing at Stoneclaw. "You have a giant penis? More like you are a giant dick. Put a condom over your head cus if your going to act like a dick you might as well dress like one. You think Pettalmist wouldn't leave you because you think you have a giant penis." Thornpaw chuckled "That might be giant by your standards but compared to normal not crazy cats its the size of a speck of dirt."

Lavenderpaw sat there watching the arguement. She was very amused. Go ahead Thornpaw, teach that jerk how to shut up. She tried to hide a chuckle at Thornpaw's last remark, but failed and began to laugh. Her laugh was funny and weird, making her sound like a choking crow. When she finally stopped laughing, her face turned red with embarasment.

Pumpkin cleared his throat. "Lasair..." He muttered. "Hm. Brian, go find Lasair!" Brian nodded and dashed into the woods, returning a minute later with a terrified face.

"H-he... he's dead!" Brian shouted. Thankfully, Aigean was unconscious, or she'd be up and in the woods again.

Smolderstar twitched his ears towards the storage tree that contained herbs n' stuff.

Thornpaw got bored of burning Stoneclaw so he walked away, with a sigh.

Ivypaw padded through the forest trying to think, but was failing. She stopped when she saw the dead Lasiar. "Ohh.", she mumbled, her eyes filled with dread.

A silver tabby kit looked down at the she-cat staring at the dead body with curious blue eyes. His tail swished from where he sat on the nook of the branch in the high recesses of the tree. The tip of his tail his a small snow covered twig causing snow to fall, about as much snow as would be on a mouse to fall down and land on the she-cats back. With a guilty mischievous grin the tabby cat waited for her reaction.

Jewelpaw treaded over to the stock tree. A lot of the herbs had become spoiled, but a few of the dried out one were still useable. Nipping the good bits from the bad ones, she carried them over to Smolderstar and began chewing them into a paste then rubbed them softly into his wounds. She had also brought back a few tiny black poppy seeds to ease his pain. After doctoring him up, she back up, unsure how he would heal after her help. If only I knew more about herbs..

Shinepaw sighed and meowed loudly,"I'm going on a hunt, anyone, feel free to join me!" She invited the cats of her clan everytime she went hunting because if no one went with her, it would be a failed patrol.

Smolderstar closed his eyes, tail twitching. He needed some rest...

"Well, you've got to tell her!" A voice outside the medicine cat's den yowled.

"Not right now!"

"It's better now than later."

"Fine!" Pumpkin stormed into the Medicine cat's den, just as Aigean's eyes blinked open. She wasn't fully awake yet and her vision was still blurry. "Aigean..." He cleared his throat. "Lasair...

"I'll come." Thornpaw said, he was bored anyways. He padded over.

The snow on her back made Ivypaw shiver. The calico she-cat felt eyes on her, and looked up to see a young tom in a tree. Her bright green eyes had a curious glint in them, as she stared at the tom. "Who are you?" Her voice was friendly, but kind of nervous.

"Silver be the name." The young tom responded as he dropped down to the ground, his forepaws leading. His feet kicked up snow where he landed. "And yours?" he asked, his voice was playful and young, it had an energetic tone to it.

"Uhh I'm Ivypaw.", she mewed. She wrapped her skinny tail around herself. "What brings you here? Frostclan is pretty strict about it's border."

( And so it was that Ivypaw dropped the subject of the dead Irish Clan cat in front of her and turned her attention to an apprentice-aged rogue as they spoke of Frostclan over the dead body of her former clan mate. )

"Lasair is dead." Pumpkin said.

Aigean shut her eyes again.

Silver felt a strange wetness around his paws, a dense liquidy one, not from snow. His eyes found the dead body of the a large lithe tom. "I am a wanderer, where my paws lead me I go." he nodded at the dead body "A friend of yours?"

Moonpath sighed again, not finding anyone to talk to...

Leafkit and Snowkit played hide and seek:
Snowkit hid behind Ivypaw.
Leafkit tried to find her, giggling and stumbling over rocks.
